NO! But it CAN kill you. At the very least you will lose consciousness due to lack of oxygen. That's if you're breathing it straight. If it's in partial concentration with breathable air in a room, you'll get a headache and perhaps some dizziness. Getting out of the room and into some fresh air will remedy the problem.

If this is something you want to try, similar to breathing in the gases from a can of compressed air, think again.
