first of all, i wld like to congratulate you. you've got the BEST criteria of a guy. you mentioned you're attractive. so what's next?
girls look for a guy which is GOOD personality (MOST impt criteria), humorous, moltivated and sense of responsiblity. think about it if you happen to fall into the criterias i've listed out.

every girl has her own standard for a guy she's looking for but often, a girl is attracted to a guy who dress nicely and clean, have sense of humor, someone who she could talk to for hours without getting bored. although girls have these kinds of standards but when they fall in love with the guy even if the guy doesn't reach her standards. she'll accept him despite of his imperfections. "guys are also people and they too could never be perfect "

Well, of course the first step to attraction is through the physicals but what really, really makes a guy more attractive and sexy is his good personality.

Well I will tell you very honestly.
Eyes, looks, height, speaking style (prefer respectful), dressing style (professional or cool, not freaky, leather and stuff, black), INTELLIGENCE, which college/university, behaviour, courtesy (like open the door for her), etc.

My boyfriend has a good heart. Sometimes he's tired and gets very cranky and impatient but he's got a good heart and usually realizes when he's been a butt.

it depends on what kind of girl i guess. there are girls who look the size down there, but there are girls that attitude,breeding and brains are attractive.
