My hair is naturally dark brown and i have light~dark brown eyes. I recently noticed the lighter my hair color is, the lighter my eye color gets also. What light color streaks would look good with dark brown hair and will bring out my eyes, and make them look lighter as well? I am part asian so my skin tone is light-fair.

Hello dear, I would recommend you to avoid colours ( for streaks, of course) too intense, near to the vivid red or blond. Definitely, the best coiffures and professionals in that field advice to "play with the shades", but make streaks with colours,which are similar of your own, thus will ensure you the effect on eyes and your hair will look with plenty of volume and you will look magnificent. The colours I mean are from light chestnut to some little warmer shades( or attentively selected dark blonds).That will guarantee you a perfection.

Highlights def. will soften your look, and bring out your eyes. I like to keep highlights somewhat natural. On dark brown hair, I always advise clients not to do a bright blonde hairlight, as nature would never do this. Instead, you can go with a nice caramel color. The hair would need to be highlighted, and toned..... The toner is what produces nice pigment to the highlights. Tone with a level 8.... 8N should look very pretty..... as it usually deposits warm on depigmented hair (highlights)..... So pretty!!!!!! Hope this helps

i say that all natural is better, btu if you want to make your eyes look darker, get lowlights, but if you want them to look lighter, get highlights. maybe a lighter brown color for highlights and a really dark brown for lowlights.

I prefer the natural color for hair because it may harmfull to you strain hair..... so brown hair is suitable for brown hair but the black hair is the best to show the color of your eyes

The color hair that looks best is your natural hair color, but if you want to dye it I would recommend maybe dying it a lighter color brown and putting golden blonde hi-lights in larger sizes. you can buy de kits that come it hi-light dye.
