Most likely you will lose weight. THe key is to burn more calories than you take in.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Well, I eventually watched "Super Size Me" this week, and it was once robust. I constantly knew how fattening speedy meals was once, however listening to the records made me believe two times whilst I move out for lunch. Basically, maintain the speedy meals to an absolute miniumum...you are going to now not shed some pounds...you are going to GAIN weight! Subway is way greater than different locations of direction, however maintain the fatty meals to a minimal there (do not devour the cookies, greasy chips and inform them to head handy at the condiments). Drink water alternatively of soda (nutrition soda is fine, however water is the nice). Have a few Sun Chips at the facet...they are scrumptious! I realise that you are busy with paintings, so that you shouldn't have so much time to prepare dinner. Try shopping meals from the marketplace, that simplest demands consuming or little or no education, however remains to be healthful. No well can come of speedy meals! You might additionally take a look at cooking a few meals, in order to keep recent and final for a couple of days, then trade among extraordinary meals. Hope this is helping!

YES U CAN! but it isn't as easy as you may think. first you have to work out your average calorie needs. mine is about 1700-2000. then once you know that find a site that tells you how many calories in certain ''junk'' food and then make sure you dint go over your limit. but take in mind that 1 cheese burger has so much calories Calories
269.0Cal you could eat ....like 500 carrots or fruit with that amount.

well good luck with the Meccas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't know. it would all depend on your body chemistry. i probably could not. i do a low carb thing. it seems to be the only thing working for me at the moment. i could still eat mcdonald's, theoretically, just not the bun or fries etc.

Depending on your genes, you have to stay active. I can eat anything, everything, and as much as I want and won't gain weight, I am always active.
