Love defines the feeling u develop towards another person, when you really care of the other person and ready to accept the person as the way he/she is ( with all the faults), love cannot have any physical desire attached to it.
so if a person says he loves u, then u should know from his actions and intentions if it is love or just physical desire

I agree, actions speak louder than words. Its nice for somebody to say they love you, but it means a lot more if they show you they love you

LOVE is not that thing...which can be thought...planned....it something...which is in heart and about knowing that whether it is true or not....i think u must be a intelligent and clever to know....hmmmm think in today's world i should listen to the mind first and then heart.
