I dont know anyone who can help as my mother wont talk to me about him please help

As far as i think you should go to the internet directory systems like www.whowhere.com and other white pages. and I am sure your father will be listed there. and when he will know that a stranger from Yahoo Answers! have advised you how to look for him.. and he will be blessing me :)

Doing some basics searches on a search engine like yahoo is a great way to see where his name pops up. Whitepages.com is useful as well to find family in certain areas. Depending on where he lived there might still be some famliy around that can direct you to him after making some phone calls. I wish you the best of luck.

if i was looking for my father, i would phone up the Trisha show on channel 5, she always manages to find people you are looking for no matter how little info she has got or go on the Salvation army website, they might be able to help. Goodluck, hope you find him

is your grandmother still living or does your mother have siblings you can go talk to? I guarantee theres a family member who will know something about him, your moms being pretty selfish i think, but maybe she's tryng to protect you, who knows. I'd have to ask her that question though..,...good luck!
