The current rate is £59.20 per week - paid fortnightly in arrears. Obviously you can apply for rent rebate and council tax benefit on top of this but that is paid seperately from your local council. Once you have been on this rate for quite a while it moves up to a higher rate but it is a long time until that happens. x

If you mean incapacity benefit then it's £ 95 a week and i do know this because i used to get it but thats the higher rate lower rate i have know idea as its all changed abit plus goverment is putting a stop to it soon.

do you mean how much sick time does one accrue weekly? if so, i accrue 1.54 hours per week - which amounts to 10 days a year
