I will suggest you something that I behold as the best solution. I do understand, of course your question. Bear in mind that Arabic girls are very proud, decent and their dignity Do not allow to be referred with other adjectives, which can be observed insulting.
One of the biggest issue here is that Arabic varies from region to region and some of the pals above suggest you different dialects."Jameela" ( pronounced /djami:la/) is used in Middle East mainly, but the widely spoken is the Egyptian Arabic, because of the big movie industry and in Egyptian dialect "beautiful" is "gameela" and is accepted for decent.
You will not be wrong and will make a good impression If you call her "Malika" ( literally meaning "Queen")or Malikah ( "Angel), as the one, who grabbed your heart, if you like her very much.
There is no female Arabic name, which begins with "M" and mean " a girl with a beautiful body". I will tell you the probable name of your new friend: "Mahasin"= Beauties, "Maisa"= Walking with a proud, swinging gait, "Maysam"= Beautiful.
Hope that is of help.
Have a great time!

Going just by your description "beautiful", a common Arabic girls name that has that meaning is Jamila. Generally you would not have a name with quite the full description that you gave. Hope this helps.

I did not understand your Q, weather you want to translate the quoted sentence,,, because in Arabic.. you can refer to many things.. I mean there is no specific thing to refer to.

How can u don't know the name ,,, but you know the meaning????,,,, I mean if you know the meaning that means you know the name,,,,I'm i right???

I am totally confused with your Q...

I can translate this sentence ...."fatat jamelat al gama"
or " bent jamelat al jesim" or "bent thata al jesim al jameel"

hope it helps lol
