Last week my car was messing up my transmission is going out on me and I ask my boyfirend to take me to work. He told me yes at first but later on that day he said."He was'nt taking me and that he was planing on getting drunk and going out to the club. So I end up driving my car to work but it was pulling 25 mph on the road. I have to drive at least 20 miles to get to work. I explain to him how I feel and that I felt hurt by him not being there for me when I needed him.He also told me that the reason he did'nt me was because he felt like I was able to make it to work and He was'nt getting out his bed to come and get me. He told me that I need to get over it and that I'm over reacting. But I'm am hurt because he should have been there for me. Now he has broking up with me because he say I should'nt carry on things for along time and that he is not wrong. What should I do. :(

Do all that you can to improve your education. Have a deep respect for yourself and work on your self-esteem. Stay away from men who are losers as if they were toxic because they are. Get into a community of faith that works for you. Hang out only with good people and your life will soon be 100% better. You are living in one world now, but there is a much nicer one just next door.

My young friend, you were not much more than a booty call for him.
He wants it his way and you're going to come in behind everything else he wants to do. You are much better off. find new guy and forget Captain Clubber.
Any guy who'd rather go out and get drunk (and hit on other women - did I just say that) at a club has no respect for you. I'm sure you can do much better than that.

This is not the type of person that you need in your life. We women constantly fall short when listening to the signs in our lives. If he thought more of going out clubbing then ensuring your safety and well being this is not the young man for you. You need to let this go...fix your car and fix your mindset.

He's a loser. BTW, a car with a bad transmission can leave you stranded at any time without notice..don't drive it anymore!
