Womens lib is the reason why most men have no manners? That is the reason? PLEASE!!!! I liked what Donna said. I believe now these days that, children are dragged up....rather than raised up. But I also believe for most, its no fault of their own. Its a tough world to grow up in. p.s. The politically correct term for Womens Lib, is something more like equal pay, recognition, jobs etc.

Women's Liberation started out with the concept that society should be "gender blind". This so-called reality has plenty of problems.
Now the concept is not equal opportunity, -but rather equal outcome. They want allotments for jobs, and an activist approach to make sure things are 'fair', - with their definition of fair, of course.
Not enough women "fireman", -then have a quota system to be 'more fair', or somebody's gonna be sued.
etc. etc.
NOW has waned so much, they are now promoting homosexuals and blacks to expand their base. - good luck with that.
Social scientist have caught up with tradition points-of-view that women / men think differently, have different goals in life, stay at the job differently, quit differently, treat job upward mobility differently, and prioritize family differently. To force the marketplace to be 'blind' to these facts is irresponsible.

well i am a woman, but i won't beat up on u. personally i've yet to experience pms, but it does exist. hormonal changes in women r quite different than those in men.....they can reek true havoc in some women's lives. true there r women who may use it as an excuse as it can be quite handy, but just because u don't comprehend the concept of hormonal chaos, don't write it off as a conspiracy. this is the time to show that u have a sensitive and understanding nature. when your woman is in a better frame of mind, discuss with her how u feel when she is going thru the changes.....don't place blame, don't be confrontational....just express how u feel. maybe next time she'll go out just to please u. no matter how unhinged a woman might feel during those pms moments, it's no excuse to make her man feel unwanted.....if she does it too often, he'll just move on. i'm sure there are times when ur feeling a little "moody" and don't want to do the "girly" things. talk it out, u may just be surprised at the compromise she's willing to make. u need to adjust ur current attitude first though. just a suggestion.

So Women left their children unsupervised (for a career) or to be raised by strangers (in daycare) and you are surprised that men are rude? And why are you limiting it to men? And why are you limiting it to rudeness. Society as a whole is worse off because their mothers were more concerned with selfish desires like making money instead of putting their children first.
But don't get me wrong. I respect and love female gender completely! If my wife wants a career, I will support her. I might stay at home to raise the children myself.

I don't think women's lib is to blame for men's lack of manners- or at least not entirely. It's because no one took the time to properly teach them manners when they were younger. Stop and think about it. How many parents do you know nowadays that don't hold their kids to high standards?

Don't blame Women's Lib for the men that have no manners. It's more like woman letting them get a way with it. I think if more woman would stop allowing men to treat them with no respect we would have less manor-less men. We are who we surround our self with. Surround yourself with loving positive people and you will look at life different. The manor-less men dump their butts and move on. There are still plenty of wonderful caring men that are looking for wonderful caring woman. I think there are just about equal woman treating men bad as men treating woman bad. We are in control of whom we have in our lives. If woman would stop being so needy and stand on their own to feet so to speak then maybe the respect would come.

back when i raised up thy was no women's lib my Mon she don/t work out side the home she and Dad raised 9 kids on him work on a farm and we all them out OK than came along women's lib and run all

honey it's not just men..women aren't that polite anymore either..
politeness isn't the trend anymore..individualism took place..it's like the new renaissance..we can be blunt, we can swear, many people don't care what people think of them anymore...the "what you say" turned to "how you say it"...
that way i can say "can you give me some?" without saying please or thank you...because how i said it.
i can say "no i don't like it"..instead of "thank you so much but no i don't wanna buy that shirt"..
people have the need to express themselves..and that is more important now than please, thank you, and-how nice..
