My son has an honorable discharge in the Army but is married to a lady currently enlisted and he is in Germany. However he messed up in the U.S. Will Germanmy extradite?

Using the meaning of
Extradited ...... To give up or deliver (a fugitive, for example) to the legal jurisdiction of another government or authority.

So if your son has had the problems in the U.S., the united states will take care of the problem here, so they can extradite him back to the U.S.

They extradite to the country that you causes the problem . It does nont matter that his wife is from Germany

Germany will extradite for felonies if and only if the offense charged is a crime both in Germany and in the country requesting extradition. Also the crime must not be punishable by death unless the USA agrees not to seek the death penalty; and it may not be for treason, tax evasion, most crimes of conscience or certain other offenses.

Unfortunately for him, I would say yes.

If it's a death penalty case maybe they wouldn't since Germany does not have the death penalty.

I assume it's nowhere near that bad!
