I can understand that God, according to, Christian belief, incarnated in human form... this mean that Jesus is God in flesh... but when I read that Jesus prayed to God and had human emotion and feeling .. I cannot accept that he was God walking on earth... And I can simply say that Christians invented the theory of Jesus being 100% man and 100% God to justify it...
When a man came to Jesus saying :Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? Jesus replied :Why callest thou me good? none good, save one, God.
Why would incarnated God say such statment?
When he was asked about the hour he replied: But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

Jesus as I have come to see it, was a messenger of God, if we are all Gods children then it makes sense Jesus was Gods son, then are we not all his sons and daughers in that sense.
Jesus was a very very enlightened man and was vibrating at such a level that most will never fully understand.
I think there are signs given that will enable us to see the coming of the end of this cycle.

Is Jesus God in the flesh? What does John 3:16 say? Does it say that God came down to earth in human form? No. It says that God sent his son? Why is it that so many people read something different into that verse?
True followers of the Bible did NOT invent the idea that Jesus is 100% man and 100% God. The belief in the trinity predates Christianity by thousands of years. It did not become "Christian" until clergymen made it so after the Council of Constantinople in 381 CE.
To say Jesus is somehow God does not harmonize with the rest of the Bible. In addition to your examples, if Jesus is God, how can his Father be greater than Jesus? See John 14:28. If Jesus is God, who then is the mediator between God and men? See 1 Tim. 2:5. Is Jesus between himself and men? It does not make sense if Jesus is considered God.
Jesus is not God incarnate. He is not God the Son. He is not God. He is the Son of God.

Jesus was a man on the earth with the power of the Holy Spirit of God. Jesus is the Anointed One of Israel, Jesus was also the first born over creation, the Word of God(see John 1:1-6) Jesus was just like us the only difference is he never sinned. Sin is what separates us from our Father in heaven. Jesus was tempted and felt the same things that we feel without the sin nature that all of us were born with, He is the only one who can deal with the sins of His people.
Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!!!!!!!!!!!

Kimo, I believe the bible was compiled by king constantine,in 365 AD, for political purposes, leaving out much available scripture, such as christianity's roots in the rig vedas & hinduism of india then further revised into several Versions. Jesu's life was a living example of "A" spiritual pathway. Jesus is a Saint who knew and taught that "GOD DWELLS WITHIN YOU AS YOU" but only to his closest diciples did he explain his teachings, due to the ignorance of humanity in those days he communicated on a level they could at least partially understand. Jesus knew he was GOD in the flesh before his death, but I don't believe he fully "experienced" his oneness with God until He ascended. See these pages on the net if you wish to understand more fully what Jesus taught. swami muktananda paramahamsa and www.stephen-knapp.com/articles_to_read.htm There are thousands of saints living and out of body that can baptize with spirit & with fire. Jesus is NOT the only way to God.

You ask a good question. Read John chapter 1 there you see him as being in the creation story. It is not strange for Jesus to talk in third person as you see no one is good but God alone. He is making a rhetorical statement. The other one who knows the coming is also rhetorical because he than answers his question by giving him a list of signs. It’s ok to have your own belief on God but please consider all scripture not one piece when making up you personal theology.

1. “Know thou of a certainty that the Unseen can in no wise incarnate His Essence and reveal it unto men. He is, and hath ever been, immensely exalted beyond all that can either be recounted or perceived. … He Who is everlastingly hidden from the eyes of men can never be known except through His Manifestation, and His Manifestation can adduce no greater proof of the truth of His Mission than the proof of His own Person.”
2. “… As a token of His mercy, however, and as a proof of His loving-kindness, He hath manifested unto men the Day Stars of His divine guidance, the Symbols of His divine unity, and hath ordained the knowledge of these sanctified Beings to be identical with the knowledge of His own Self. Whoso recognizeth them hath recognized God. Whoso hearkeneth to their call, hath hearkened to the Voice of God, and whoso testifieth to the truth of their Revelation, hath testified to the Truth of God Himself. Whoso turneth away from them, hath turned away from God, and whoso disbelieveth in them hath disbelieved in God. Every one of them is the Way of God that connecteth this world with the realms above, and the Standard of His Truth unto every one in the kingdoms of earth and heaven. They are the Manifestations of God amidst men, the evidences of His Truth, and the signs of His glory.”
