just speak the language slowly , softly and clearly. often refer to pronounciation dictionary in order to learn new words. also refer them to know the exact pronounciation of the words that you come accross in your daily life.

Get a Rapidex english speaking corse book.It comes along with a CD for perfect pronounciation.When you practice and start speaking with others in english without any shy you'll definitely be fluent.

you can speak english fluitly by reading english newspaper,solving puzzles,novel in english, go to some institute which give training for speaking fluent & stylish english

As v are speaking any other language fluently and there is no need to be stylish just think that this is only a language of communication, speak it correctly that everyone can understand it. that's all nothing else.

The British Library situated in metro cities provide very useful English teaching(stylishly speaking included I hope)courses for students and others. If you can join these courses then you can benefit much.
