really big is way beyond the regular size.... example, a pumpkin, you can tell a regular pumpkin is really big when its size is just like a car's size... that's really big for us because the regular size of a pumpkin is the size of a regular watermelon... same goes for really tiny..... regular size of a grape is said to be really tiny when it is smaller than the regular size....... =)
