FRy the chicken pieces with a little onion and make a basic white sauce, if you had any mushrooms that would help, and add the wine to the sauce and put in the oven for half an hour,or go and buy a jar of chicken to-night the pepper sauce one is luvverly, and if you tip a whole bottle of vino in a sauce of any kind its going to be fowl, so get some soda water and make some spritzers, it won't tast that bad then! lots of rice and hey presto, some peppers would also be good when you d ya frying

Some nice recipes above but a little advice about using wine when cooking - If it aint good enough to drink it aint good enough to cook with. Why would you want a substandard taste to your food??
