Yeah, that's a pretty juvenile answer all right.

Deep question, but a good one. Life isn't logical and we use blind faith every day and don't even think about it. I'm a christian and that definition doesn't make sense to me either. I'm nervous about flying but I blindly jump in my car and speed down the road. That's hardly logical. Chances are I will be killed in a car crash are allot higher than a plane crash. If you are a logical person then logically you should look for evidence of God in your life. It is there, and so simple we as people can't see it. I'm not a preacher or a christian scholar. If you want evidence of God then go find it ,start with a book called' A case for Christ. What has helped me logically is the finding of the dead sea scrolls and how exact our christian literature is with the scrolls.

The Laws of Physics declare openly that God exists. Newton's 3rd Law states for every action there is a reaction. So what is this FIRST action that started the Laws of Physics?
Saint Thomas Aquinas surmised that the First action or caused of the Universe is this very God.
The humanist get in their illogical pickle because their denial of God, and leaves them to prove nothingness. This is illogical because we are having this dialog this very moment.
I will have to go with the logic of Saint Thomas Aquinas on this one. His writing are some of the best philosophical and logical ideas about God.

I am a Christian but no I do not agree it takes blind faith only if you are stupid, if you are smart and recognise the way science and nature operates around you then you must know an intelligent being had to create it all very few discoveries were made by dumping a bunch of stuff together to see what happens all science discoveries were made according to rules of nature and method, sounds like Gods ways to me

Bad choice of words. There is only one true God and it takes a lifetime or sometimes one hour to accept His existence. Science's job is to disprove everything about the supernatural. Too bad, their experiments always validate that God really exists.
Overall, this person means that it takes faith of something that we haven't seen in the physical but wisdom and knowledge will be revealed once we have accepted Him.

It's considered more charitable to take your opponent's case and strengthen it for him before dismantling it.
How can this be made stronger? One might say that simplistic lines of reasoning for positive atheism fail if such arguments run as follows:
"I have all-knowledge of existence (as well as all-knowledge of all that has the potential to exist) to know that there exists no being in this universe with all-knowledge."
Such statements are, of course, self-refuting. The only way to know that there exists no such being as a matter of deduction would require just the sort of exhaustive knowledge such a being would have.

It's basically the argument that god is outside the realm of scientific analysis and logic.
Which is weird because the world that he apparently created and all the people inside it are perfectly able to be logically scrutinised.

Your thoughts on logic just proved this scripture:
1Cr 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

It's contradictory to the Bible, which tells them not to have Blind Faith.
Yes it does seem like a kids answer. I wonder what possessed that person to put it that way.

If that was so hard for you to comprehend that you went scampering to your choir, then I'm pretty comfortable with having said that. *yawn* It takes as much faith and effort not to believe in God as it does to do so. Pretty simple.
And those wagging their finger and calling me a fundamentalist are invited to spend a weekend partying with me. I'll be happy to disappoint you.

Yes, it roughly translates as "To be religious, all you need is blind faith and ignorance".
