He must be suffering from some complex. He always wants you to pay attention to him, by annoying you even.

You have to be stern and to the point. I'm going through the same kind of thing now and I tried being polite and turning him down but that didn't work. Be clear and decisive when you tell him you're not interested! He may be arrogant or stubborn and may choose to disregard your rejection and so that's when you take it further, to the point of being stern and unfriendly however you don't want to be blatantly rude! What I mean is don't smile or chit chat after you laid down the line. He may choose to keep bothering you just to get under your skin but eventually he should stop. What person really likes repeated rejection? If it gets really bad then try and get a third party that you trust involved! No one deserves to be harassed or annoyed continuously! I wish you luck in dealing with this! I know how upsetting it can be!

OMG... I am having the same problem. THis one guy is driving me insane. He even had the nerve to call my cell... (he got the number a yr ago when I was drunk... I've never called him) to tell me to pick him up bc he didn't want to walk.... Yah right... I told him i was busy.. ahhh!!! so annoying, I will now actually have to re-enter his number in my phone so I don't answer next time. errr. lol Best of luck... I'm actually going to try melissa's advice

at first totally ignore him like he doesn't even exist...if this doesn't work then tell him to back the **** off!...if that doesn't work either talk about other guy in front of him, say how u're totally into him and stuff or if u have a bf or are dating someone make out with that guy in front of him...one of these has to work

Ask him if he likes you. If he does, and you like
