A big thumbs up for all the trouble "eatyourtofu" went to so that you can have a list. Read the list of ingredients on the packages, containers or wrappers. Problem with the wheat and milk allergies, there are virtually thousands of products that also have derivitives of wheat and dairy put into the foods that we eat. That is why so many of us have allergies or food sensitivites to a majority of the foods we eat.

I have a wheat allergy. Stay away from all cereals and start reading labels. NO GRAINS!!!. No wheat bread or better yet, stop eating anything with white flour altogether, then start adding them slowly. No yogurt, milk or eggs for a while. Drink lactose free or soy milk. See how you do.

Chick peas, also known as garbanzo beans. They are full of protein, have a very mild flavor and if you get them in a can (natural of course for little ones), they are soft and mush in the mouth. If you buy them dried, you can reconstitute or cook them and they will keep in the refrig for a long time. My son LOVED them, and still does. Just don't get them in a brine solution or with lots of added salt. Both of my nieces were allergic to EVERYTHING when they were infants and toddlers and both did great with these. They also supply fiber and lots of vitamins and nutrients. And they are CHEAP.
