We cannot say how boys behave when they come to know of their gfs having special feelings for another guy. The jealousy factor will come to the fore, especially in India. You judge for yourself, what sort of a character you bf is and decide accordingly.

The situation i recenlty found myself in was a very committed 4 year relationship which had lost everything good about it. Now i realise we were sharing a house, not really living together. I was having "special feelings" for someone else, I sat down had a deep look inside myself and realised that yes these feelings were real. I told my bf the truth so we could both move on and find happiness.
The question I have for you is, are these feelings real? As in you want to have an intimate relationship with this person? Or do you feel close to him JUST as a friend?
I believe you can have good friends of the opposite sex, but if you are sitting there thinking only of this new person, and how you want to be with them. Then please be true with yourself and with your bf, it will be less pain in the long run.

i think a lot of it depends on the relationship you and your boyfriend have. of course he's going to be at least a little bit mad if you tell him you've got feeling for another guy, but if you and your current boyfriend haven't been together that long, it shouldn't be a huge deal because you two haven't had the time to build up a lot of those feelings for each other. it takes time. of course, the feelings you have for your friend you haven't seen in years might very well be a construction of the gap between you two. if you havent seen each other in that long, you miss each other, and that leads to memories of the good old days when you were together, which we always remember as better than they really were, and given a long enough time, those memories can start to breed feelings that seem just like love at times. its not your fault, but you should be sure of what youre feeling both for your boyfriend and for your old friend before you make any big moves like telling your boyfriend you like another guy. again though, he'll be mad, but how mad exactly depends on how long you've been together and his personality. good luck to you, and if you need any more help, i'm always here to ask.

Your BF is understandably injury once you defined your thoughts for yet another guy as "particular". you should guarantee him that there is a distinction between the sentiments of love you need to your BF and the sentiments you have for the different individual as a chum.

you only like this guy as a friend ,right?? if your going to tell this to your bf....dont tell him that you have a special feeling with another guy, but instead just tell him that you have a crush on that guy. he should not get angry with this because its normal for anyone whose in a relationship to have crushes.

No I don't think it is wrong just as long as it is friendship you wont from him and I think all men get jealous of their girl hanging out with other males, tread lightly in this area but i think you should be honest with your man and yourself for that matter.Good Luck.

I don't know if he 'should' but he will be angry. Maybe in some idealized world, the 'as a friend' may be acceptible, but in the real world your boyfriend will be threatened.

Don't tell your bf about it. If you did, you messed up.
No one can deal with that. You need to.
You must resolve this some way, and move on.
"I like him as a friend."
Right.
"Girlthink" at it's finest.
