Fruit can do many things for your health and body. It provides the body vitamins, potassium, beta carotene, iron, zinc, folate, phosphorus, bioflavonoids, antioxidents, fiber and etc. Fruits improve your skin, hair, body and health. You should research each food to find out what it can do for you.
Bananas has folate, B6 vitamin and potassium. B6 vitamin assimilates protein and fat to make red blood cells. And also it maintains a healthy immune system. Folate is folic acid that protects fetuses against neural tube defects and vital for cell division (growth). Potassium is regulates body fluids, maintains normal blood pressure and nerve transmission.
