I am so thankful of the answers I got about why the hair doesn't have to be colored and straightened at the same time. But I am now wondering which comes first to color my hair which has some grey, or straighten it out.

Straighten your hair first then wait a few weeks. If you color first you run the risk of the straightner adjusting the color and may end up with bluish or greenish hair.

color first....the color may mess up any chemicals used to straighten it....or if you are straightening it yourself with a flat iron, color it first and when you're done washing, style as usual. If you straighten it first you are just going to end up washing the dye out anyway.

I believe your product boxes will tell you. I know on mine they say straighten it, then color it. I've also heard you don't want to do these at the same time. It's rather hard on your hair.

You should only color your hair, because it seems that this procedure would be your priority. My hair is straightened chemically.... and I tell ya- that stuff is damaging enough.

straighten it first because if you color it first, you might damage the color.

Nope. technology expensive. in actuality, ALL hair is gray.. however the pigment someplace means it's going to turn a colour, and as quickly as this runs out, that is gray lower back. only taken out each and all the technology lmao.. :) x
