whats the quickest way to make throw up, that works every time?

Not only is throwing up a really bad way to lose weight, it is a proved fact that the stomach acid that comes up when you do that eats the enamel from your teeth so quickly that brushing your teeth straight after you've thrown up does absolutely nothing.
SO STOP DOING IT!!!!!
