think of what he likes something he can use.
does he like gifts that you make yourself?
if he does than look in the books and see what is possible to make and that he would like.
if he doesn't than walk in every shop that you see till you see something that from the first moment that you see it you think right away that is something for him.
that is the way i always go and buy gifts and most of the time they like it.

I'm having the same problem.. Mine and my fiances 1-year is coming up at the end of this month, and I have no idea what to get him either... I suggest find out something he likes and work from there.... If it's hard, money always works... Or make him something, usually something personal, like a home-made card is always something special.

take him somewhere he hasnt been or done yet, maybe something he mention during the wedding but missed out on the first time. Nows your chance to make it up to him and tell him how much he means to you .
