Any supermarket brand fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini from the fresh pasta section- refrigerated. Cook according to instructions. Place in an ovenproof dish then cut one clove of garlic and chop finely and sprinkle over pasta. Pour over some tomato passata from a jar or carton- costs about 60p from supermarket- this is just sieved tomatoes - do not use cheap pasta sauce instead . On top put some mozarella cheese and cheddar cheese or some grated parmesan and cook for about 30 mins on 160 degrees. Serve hot. Garnish with fresh basil.
Serve with a ready made green salad and chop some red onion in to this, serve with some french dressing.

lazy people
i make my pasta by scratch
2 and 3/4 cups flour
3 eggs each
1tsp salt
some ppl like olive oil but its not a necessity
make a deep well in the center of the flour add eggs and salt try not to break the sides of the flour well slow mix the flour into the egg mixture.. (it seems hard its not or you can use a food processor)knead like bread then wrap in plastic for 15-20 min if you have a pasta roller it makes it very easy to roll out or do it by hand w/ a rolling pin.. roll out til very thin almost paper like.. tortellini is easy use a round cookie cutter any size depends how big you want them... fill with filling fold halfway you can use water or egg wash (egg/milk) to seal wrap around your index finger in a half moon fold ends and seal together..
the filling
spinach&ricotta cheese
steam spinach let cool use a towle and squeaz out excess water i like to make a egg and riccota mixture adding salt pepper garlic powder and spinach (make sure the mixture isnt to wet) or you can leave out the egg its up to you.
now i like to get some chicken/apple sausage (i dont eat pork) slice it saute it in a pan and wedged roma tomatoes with a little butter and add the pre boiled pasta to it if you want more of a sauce add alittle tomato sauce (paste may be to thick) toss over the heat til pasta is hot then serve... add fresh parm cheese on top.. enjoy
