Your AB negatives and AB Positives are considered rare and usually they won't take blood from these people if they can help it because it is hard to find..O positive and negative is a universal blood that can be use in place of some others for a short period of time.depending on the person..People who have alot of antigens in there blookd is tougher..those people usually have to have blood made for them in a lab..I know my mum did..and it took avg. 2 or 3 days to get..So I hope that helps answers your question.
