the whole sack is swollen very little pain but sore at the touch and if i move the wrong way,it feel like it is larger larger,it feel like it is a swollen bag

Regardless of the specific cause of your problem, it is well beyond the limits of yahoo answers to provide a proper examination, diagnosis and cure since we cannot examine you up close and in person. However, from your descriptions, I'd say you need to lose your embarassment and get to your doctor's pronto.

what's the cause -
hernia's usually develop over time - did you notice any prolapse days, weks prior? were you lifting heavy or improperly?
is there redness? do you have any raised body temp
is urination effected? what is its solor Semen as well?
are you having unprotected sex?
whats your age?
testicular cancer can be fatal and it occurs in men as young as 20 - see your doctor immediatly

It could be fluid. It can be removed with a syringe by a Doctor. Didn't mean to scare you.

Infection, you need to go to the Doctor, I had that, and it ended me up in the hospital for a week on "I.V." fed anti-biotics.
