he had an ex who ranaway with his checkbook, credit cards and left him her 4 children from her previous relationship.Now, he's always suspecting me of cheating on him. that i have ulterior motives, hidden agenda....i love him but he doesn't trust me.He says he love me everytime i want to call it quits....

I feel for you. He may truly love you, but he has abondonment issues. Can you blame him? I feel for the guy and I don't even know him! If you REALLY love him, you will do everything you can for him, yourself and the children. This would most definitely mean counseling, more for him and the kids, but you would also benefit from it. Don't stay w/him because you feel responsibility for the kids and him; you'll live to regret it. If he really loves YOU then he will go to counseling to make this relationship a trusting, loving, and equal relationship. I pray for you both, and hope you can find an excellent counselor.
OR, you could write to Dr. Phil. I think he has a good rep for helping out troubled couples.

There was a couple on the Titanic Ida and Isador Strauss as the great ship was beginning to sink they were being directed into life boat number eight Ida was being seated and Isador didn't get in the boat to let others in. As they went to lower the life boat Ida screamed up at Isador and said "we have been together for all of these years and where you go so do I." The couple walked away from the lifeboat and were last seen on the deck of the Titanic holding one another in a tight embrace as it sank. That is the true definition of love, all you have to do is ask yourself is he your Isador?

1. He loves u. He is lack of confidence. He feels insecure. If im not wrong, he is a control freak. If he cant trust u, thats not worth yr love. If u can tolerate that, erm.. u make the choice.. 2.He does not love u, he is just playin mind games on u. 3.He does not love u that much, he just wants to hold on u. Either 3, not worth yr love, there are still a lot of good guys out there.

Good relationship can be built with loving care, honesty and responsibility. If he don't trust you, that means there is no honesty to support good relationship, that can be problem if it's still continued.
You still can talk with him, and tell him who you are and find the problem behind. If it's not work, you can quit. So, it's not your false if you decide to quit.

sounds like he has been through a bit if stuff that has damaged his ability to trust, don't take it personally he probably doesn't trust anyone at the moment, he probably dose love you but is scared you'll leave him like ex. take things slowly with him earn his trust (this can take time) remember he hasn't had a good history of having his trust returned or founded.
