why is it so hard for foreigners to study abroad.?

firstly, you need to explain what exactly you are refering to, because i studied in the US for many years, and i had no problem doing it, i even got scholarships, legal jobs (on campus), etc.... so did my sister.... and many of my friends...... i have friends who studied in china, in england, in france, spain, mexico. etc.... the problem people face is from certain countries with immigrations issues, people coming from countries with serious issues, also there is the problem of people coming to study and never leaving (hiding)....

u know this is very stupid, am living in Cyprus here we have too much foreigner student but u know the problem is that they treat them very bad most probably the boys, first by goverment rules they don't allow to work, people here are very racism about the color so is better to try to study in countries that they have open environment for the foreigners check first.
maybe the goverment of the country u want to go they have many foreigners that the things get bad from the side that the local they cant find work , to accept foreigners the goverment have to need money so they will let u go
