i had lossed my grandfather (basically my father) to leukemia in 2005. Since then the will of my grandfather went over to my aunt (she lives in LA and im from NY). Her job was to watch over my family (my dad -mentally ill, brother and i) and my grandfathers house which we all lived in. She never let me see the will. Instead she forced me and my brother to move out of the house and we weren't allowed to visit my father. She brainwashed my father to never talk to us and she sold my house. The only reason why she kept me and my brother away from my home and father was so she could sell the house quicker. I was forced to move into my moms house with her boyfriend that sexually moless me. I recently learned that she split the money of the house with all 4 aunts....leaving nothing to me or my father (i lived in that house my whole life and im 20 now). Im in my junior year at college and my grades have went down as a result of all this. I want to sue her for my emotional and physical pain

I would talk to a lawyer and see if there is anything you can do about this. I'm not a lawyer so I can't tell you if could you win anything or not but I'd certainly ask someone. Try a lawyer whose specialty is estate law.
This kind of thing happens all the time and it's just disgusting.
