If all else fails, buy a cage to put her in while you are gone. Give her toys to keep her busy and maybe leave the radio or television playing during your absence. If she is young enough, she should adapt very well to the new arrangements. If she is older, it might take some coaxing. Be patient with her and know that the reason she acts that way when you are gone is because she misses you!

Give her toys.. take her to a ***** day care. Keep her with lots of toys.. and there are those toys where you put the food inside and they try to figure out how to get it out. It takes them hours and keeps them occupied =]
Also, if there's a place you tend to send her when she's naughty then avoid locking her there or leaving her there when you go out. She may feel as though she is being punished by you leaving.
Some people think to train their dogs they should leave them alone for short peroiods of time. All this encourages is that when you actually do leave your dog.. she may feel she is being punished and try to do something else to gain your attention; i.e. be naughty.

"Poor diet and lifestyle can lead to movement disorders and make your dog feel about as energetic as a damp towel. Somewhere inside, though, is a happy, playful puppy waiting to come out," Jeanie Marie wrote in a recent article. "Acupuncture, herbs and nutrition aren't magic," she wrote, "but they help bring out that puppy again, and there's a lot you can do at home to help."
Use Toys Diligently
Diligently ToysYou may buy a number of toys for your dog consisting of all shapes, sizes and colors and yet your dog may look bored and depressed and disinterested in them. Use your dog toys intelligently to keep your canine fiends happy. Here are a few tips for you:
* Buy only 'dog-proof' toys with no ribbons, strings, or protruding parts that can be dislodged and ingested.
* Rotate dog's toys weekly, showing only a few of the selected ones at a time. Keep others out of dog's eyes. This will make your dog feel as if the unseen toys have become new after the lapsed time period.
* Keep a variety of dog toys easily accessible and the favorite ones can be kept permanently outside.
* Interactive dog are very attractive to dogs such as 'Hide and Seek' and 'Found' toys.
* Active games that you play with your dogs are very important for your bond with your pet. Don't think that money can buy companionship too.
* Focusing on a specific task such as catching the ball and seeking treats or toys helps the dogs to de-stress.

Take a FM radio set and let her listen to some hit hindi songs. Keep a watch to her activity. I think her sadness will disappear very soon if she listens to a channel which claims that their sunnewalaa is always khoosh !

Shot gun or the more humane option is to give her some quality time when you have time off. Dogs are no different to kids and kick off to get attention. Good luck and give her a big hug.

I'd say get yourself another pet, a cat, to make your dog busy bullying and chasing it around the house. In that way, your dog wont notice if you're in or out of the house... c",)
