I would say this one's easy, but it all really depends on the person. Lust generally refers only to a strong physical attraction and love is based on something deeper. Loving another person means caring about his/her general well being and wanting to spend time with the person as well as some physical attraction in a couple sort of set up. Thinking with your hormones goes with lust. Love someone and know something about them. Lust after someone, then there's "no last names, no regrets," as one sort of theory. I think that most of us want love, but many will settle for the temporary fix of lust.

Love is when you can sit and talk for hours with your partner. When you feel comfortable with that person enough to tell them your deepest darkest secrets.
Lust is how 99.9% of the population feel about say Angelina Jolie for example. Oh she so hot. I'd do her sit like that. Thats lust. Also its were you have no personality connection.

Lust is basically physical attraction and consists mostly of just sex.
Love means that you two have true feelings for each other and if you do have sex it's still a bit emotional and not just blind f*cking

love is true feeling for the person. lust is feelings for the persons body. huge difference. altho when ur in love u probably want the persons body, but its different, and with more respect!
