i want to buy DSLR Camera for under Rs. 15000(INR). Can any one suggest me which on eis the best camera. It should be atleast 5.1M.

You may be able to find something used for that kind of money on eBay or in a store, but good luck. You need to about double your budget to get into the new camera market and then you can get a nice Nikon D50 with a lens.
