You are the blessed one. Greetings. This time is the most peaceful in 24 hours' cycle. Your next prayer be dedicated to the holy Prophet Joseph(Yusuf in Arabic). He was in agony. An Archangel was assigned to carry the Divine gift of Peace. It was that time, the time before the first light on the horizon. Almanac tables(like of the Navy) provide that time on any date of the year, in any longitude/latitude. When mylord Yusuf offered thanksgiving to The Lord, it was 'decreed' that 'that time' of our 24 hours, be for ever be the time of tranquility, peace, restfulness, solace, and communion with the Unique One Lord of the Universe. Every gets a chance to wake up at that hour. Some waste it away. Others, like you, spend that chance in prayers. Greetings again!

It's most likely to be cheese at bedtime or some other over indulgence. having worked nights for 7 years in the past and rotating shifts for quite a few more my body clock is shot to Ell for a longtime. Also as u get older you require less sleep. My other half often ask why I don't wake them when i'm up at the crack of dawn but working the opposite side of the day I know how precious sleep can be so won't do it unless we have a plane to catch or something. There's definitely something about that particular time though - it's a logical time for lunch I guess! Also this is often the time I begin to feel sleepy.......
If it bothers you talk to your quack but like I say prob due to indigestion or guilty conscience. lol

I have woken every morning at exactly 3am for the past nine years, and I mean EVERY morning - doesn't matter what time I go to sleep. I usually sit up in bed, read a short story or contemplate the day before and the day to come and then nod back off. I always get up at 6am anyway - sometimes I don't manage to get back to sleep so I'm up and about by 3.30am. Don't seem to be suffering for it though.

Yes, it is the time that those in the spirit world usually make contact. This is the time when we are most relaxed and it is easier for them to connect. If it bothers you just tell them not to come through at that time but they can come through at .... and give a time convenient to you. This is happening because you are opening up to the spirit realms - I hope you choose this path as I am a Spiritualist Medium and I can assure you it is a wonderful gift to have and a wonderful way of life. Good luck!

yes some time for a nature call
I am usually awake at 0445 on the button due to working for years at that time
try staying up for a long time and change your sleep pattern it is a slow process but should work, don't worry because that will make you subconscious keep getting you up remember its your body clock

Lately, I've been waking up at 4am every morning. I don't offer any prayers though. It's not God's problem.

That's very kind of you to pray for others when you are woken up at 3am. Yes, I do awaken at 3am sometimes, because I have a small child, who is a very light sleeper. Maybe I'll do what you are doing when I am woken up, God willing. That is a very sweet thing to do.

No with the same purposes. If I wake up at that time is because I am stressed or something.

The last thing I'd do if I woke up at 3.00am is pray for others. Does this mean I'm going to hell?
