Nobody's journey is over until their body dies.

As an atheist I don't think my journey is over; my faith is different but I still have goals and ambitions for making the world a better place. I don't think everyone will end up in the same place; we're unique creatures and our goals and lives will evolve as we go. Each journey is unique but it is not over just because one has faith in something or does not. Even atheists, at least myself, have faith in something, it's just not a higer power. I believe in the goodness of people, this is how I will follow my path, doing good for others and hoping that some will help me along the way. The journey is life, so mine is definitely not over.

Yes we must all must walk our own paths. And, yes, all our paths ultimately lead to the alpha and omega - the beginning and end of all things.

Of course, atheists, like the rest of us, are still walking -- still searching -- even if they may be less conscious of it.

It is not possible for the search for enlightenment to be over until we are finally granted enlightenment. We may stray. We may delay. We may protest. But we cannot avoid our destiny -- and who in their right mind would ever want to anyways?

Enlightenment isn't just a spiritual concept. Even without a belief in God, one can find enlightenment. It's more like a realization, an understanding of things one did not understand before. Unless they are dead, they are not done walking.

Hi, I am Rational Spirituality,

Not everyone is on a journey. Statistically speaking, the majority of people in incarnation are trial and error existences. Also, being an atheist, or claiming to be one, does not mean that the person is morally and ethically inferior to somone subscribing to a religion. God does not judge us according to the camps we may belong to, but according to our deeds and intentions.

An honest atheist with integrity and goodwill is "miles" closer to God than a hippocritical religious fundamentalist, whose deeds and mind are coloured with dishonesty and greed.

There is no man that lives in the Sky... yes Atheists are on the same journey they just don't ' believe in fairy tails.. and stick to reality.... I'd say most don't even need prescription drugs to make their way on the path....

From the human perspective a returning to "Source" is the Omega and Alpha (an end in preparation for a new beginning)!
