I've felt something going on for sometime, and just two days before I quit work my boss sends me a text message telling me I looked beautiful, and I am not sure wether I tell him I have a crush on him or not, i've been making out lame excuses just to talk to him, i'm not sure if he is just being extremely nice, or flirting with me! what do I do?!

Well, if you have a crush, then tell him,

If you don't work with him anymore, just ask him out. If he says no, at least you won't have to be around him and deal with the embarassment. If you can't find yourself doing that, make sure he knows how to contact you etc. If a man fancies you, he WILL call. I don't know him so it's hard to say but even if a guy is shy, he will ask you out if he's really interested.
If you make it obvious you're keen for him & he doesn't put any effort into it, you may find him taking advantage of the fact you've a crush on him. If it's just a casual thing, that's cool but if you want something serious from him, let him make some effort.

I got a job as a bartender some years ago and asked a bartender friend of mine for some friendly advice. He gave me these 3 suggestions:
A.) Don't put your money in the register until you count out the change. If they claim they gave you a bigger bill than they did, you'll have no proof!
B.) Never stick a glass in the ice; if you break the glass during a busy stretch, you'll be swamped while you change out the entire ice bin because of your own stupidity!
C.) Never screw your barmaids. If you have a good relationship with one, the others will get jealous; if you have a bad one, your boss wil eventually have to choose which one of you stays and who goes. And, she can be a real pain-in-the-azz while you're still there!
Moral of the story: Don't dip your pen in the company ink, not at least if you value your job!!!

He already knows that you like him/ or had a crush on him by ur gestures.. thats why he is flirting with you... he is not being extremely nice.. but simply flirting..... if you like him and want to flirt thats fine.. but donot get very serious with it ...

You quit work right? So he's not your boss anymore right? Then DO HIM! He obviously has a crush on you as well! Less talk... more office sex.

Depends...
Do you think if he said he didnt like you that you could stay at that job? If not, then think about getting a new job if you have already asked him. If you can, all the better for you! So you really have to think about it.

As you no longer work there, just tell him. You have nothing to lose!
And if you never do it you always wonder about it. Go for it!
