I do not know, but I am certain that when Christians were persecuted
for their faith was when it grew stronger . This is not a statement to encourage such a ban , I think when the chips are down is when people stand up to be counted . To those who answer , not enough, I say if you do not stand up for the right of people to follow their own belief , then when it is your turn to be denied the freedom to follow your own chosen way , do not complain . The irony of rationalists who fought against the controlling aspects of state endorsed religion and over powerful church leaders of the past , then themselves denying freedom themselves is very revealing and a bit hypocritical . As the questioner so rightly observes , let the people be the judge. Do not make up my mind for me and promise not to do the same for you .

That's a hilarious prospect. I'm sure that if there were any countries banning any religious texts, it would be countries that support the Bible, and the result of banning another religious text.

Yes, the tables are turned, aren't they?

To answer your question, no country has officially banned the Bible. Wow, a piece of literature banned? Big freakin' deal. Go take your Bible and make 30 billion copies like Gutenburg if you feel so strong for this cause and are concerned that some poor third-world orpan doesn't have a Bible. Yes, because it would be soo much more usable than a bowl of rice.

Not enough! All religious texts should be banned equally for spreading evil, corrupt, and biased lies.

People have been the judges for years of the bible and look where its got us. The world is in a worse state than ever before and religion has a lot to answer for with the majority of it

Its a non secular conflict. devil deceives people into making people think of the bible isn't sturdy to study. Its unusual using fact supposedly the muslims agree that the bible is area of the Holy writings and that they have got faith Jesus replaced right into a prophet of God yet in Islamic international places they ban it? It would not make experience.

Carry a copy of Holy Bible, while you visit Saudi arabia and disclose that to Customs Police and experience that "love, affection" as mentioned in Holy Quoran!

While a Muslim visits any of the Non - Muslim dominated country,
with a copy of Holy Quoran and discloses. No objection is raised by the law makers!

Is it Oil and Natural Gas miracle or really the Non Muslims are scared of such an act?

I possess the Bible in Arabic. You can get that in SaudiArab and in any other Arab country. The Answerer who blamed Saudi, as the fashion of the day, could not quote from the Saudi Custom's Rules or Law. It may be hear say!

Don't know - I came in here out of genuine interest to see if there was a factual answer. Why can't some religious fanatics not answer a simple question without resorting to ridiculous quotes from their reference book? Haven't they got a mind of their own?
