why dont you chop yours off (if you got one) and bake it. this will save you from all the hassle of looking for a baker who does such cakes. next time think before asking such stupid, senseless questions on the net

I do special occasion cakes as a side business, so here ya go. Use a 9x13 cake pan. Bake according to the directions on the box. Line a cake board (cardboard is fine) with foil, tape the undersides of the board. The easy way to go about it is to ice the cake, and use a pink colored icing to draw the penis on. If you go to carving the cake to look like a penis, you'll have a lot of crumbs, waste, etc. Suggestion for fun...add a couple of peanuts into the "testicle" sections of the cake (cut a small piece, stuff, replace the cake piece and ice), and a cherry in the "head" section. Pity the poor fool who bites into the cake and finds one or the other! ROFL!!!! BTW, chocolate shavings make wonderful "hair". Enjoy!

Quickest way is to get a large swiss roll, cut 2 slices which then become 'balls', then cover with rolled out fondant. If you want to do a better cake underneath, bake one or two cakes in a loaf tin so that you have the general shape and 'glue' together with icing.

Wicked, i had a breast shaped one for my b'day. Use a normal victoria sponge recipe.i dont think you can get a penis shaped tin to cook it in, but you could use a long tin and 2 small round tins, and then once cooked stick it together with jam and cream and cover in royal icing.I dont know!!! just an idea, good luck

a simple sponge will do but u would need the shape so a penis shaped baking tin would be good or you could bake the sponge and cut it out using your imagination. Use ready rolled icing to cover and there u have it.

im pretty sure a bakery will do it for you.. if not, they sell molds. :) I made a booby cake for my husbands bday... and I found the mold at an 'adult store'.
