This is my report, please check if there are any grammar mistakes, thankyou!
The reason I chose “frog” for my subject is because I want to do something different from others. I know Christina chose “mosquito” for her subject and Naomi chose “ladybug” for her subject, so I thought it would be more interesting if we all have different subjects, also we could learn different things. There is also another reason why I chose “frog” for my subject. When I was little I usually like to go to the aquarium with my dad, and I often saw frogs. When I shout at when, they pretend not to hear me; they just sit there acting like they are deaf (or maybe they are real deaf), I got mad when they ignore me, so I hit them and then at jumped on my hand, I felt disgusting, from that time, my head are always thinking about frog, this is another reason I chose “frog ” for my subject!

I found some mistakes. I hope this helps.

The reason I chose “frog” for my subject is because I wanted to do something different from other people. I know Christina chose “mosquito” for her subject, and Naomi chose “ladybug” for her subject. I thought it would be more interesting if we all have different subjects to learn different things. The second reason I chose “frog” for my subject refers to when I was younger. When I was little I usually liked to go to the aquarium with my dad, and I often saw frogs. When I shouted at them they pretend not to hear me; they just sit there acting like they are deaf (or maybe they are really deaf). I got mad when they ignored me, so I hit them and they would jump on my hand. I felt disgusting! Since that day I continued to think about frogs.

When I shout at when? I didn't get that part. In between When I was little I usually like to go to the aquarium with my dad, and I often saw frogs. and they pretend not to hear me; they just sit there acting like they are deaf (or maybe they are real deaf). Please make it more clearer, otherwise, you did a pretty good job! Rock on!

First of all, you don't need to preceed a conjunction like "and" with a comma...and here are the bulk of your grammatical mistakes:
I shout at -when-(?), they pretend not to hear me; they just sit there acting like they are deaf (or maybe they are -real-(really?) deaf)-,-(;) I got mad when they ignore(d) me, so I('d) hit them and then -at-(when they) jumped on my hand, I felt disgust-ing-(ed), from that time(on), my -head-(mind) -are-(was) always thinking about frog(s),(.) (T) -t-his is another reason I chose “frog(s) ” for my subject(topic)!
