I deleted some important files I needed that was on a cdrw threw window xp. Is their anyway I can retrieve these files from the cdrw or maybe the hard disk I deleted it on?

At that link is a nice, free trial of a program that can help in most situations. Undeleting data is easy, as long as the space it occupied hasn't been overwritten by something else.

If you have not emptied the Recycle Bin, yes, you can. Right click on the Recycle Bin and choose Restore. This will restore the files to the original folder(s). Or if you still have the CDRW disk, simply copy the files to a folder on the hard drive.
