If a religious scripture needs to changed or become false after new scientific discoveries it means they are not true revelations of God and only false assuptions of some men. Quran is revealed from God and never will it contradict a scientific discovery because science is only the study of God's creation.

This most likely has to do with the Islamic view that the Quran is composed of the very words of Allah, dictated directly; whereas the Bible's claim is that the Judeo-Christian scriptures are inspired, or "God-breathed," in the sense that the Holy Spirit "moved," though the individual personalities, intelligences, backgrounds, etc. of the various authors to record exactly what God wanted to communicate. In most places, not a verbatim transcription from the lips of the Almighty, but having His endorsement and authority.
This means that the Quran CANNOT admit to any change whatsoever; to do so would mean that Allah himself had been wrong about something, which is inconceivable in Islam.
The Christian scriptures are under no such constraint. As scientific data are complied, scholars are free to go back and change old interpretations that are no longer compatible with current knowledge. "We must have been incorrect about that idea: in light of new information, it seems that the minority view has been right all along."
Note that the scripture itself does not change: the popular interpretation changes regarding these non-essential issues. God can remain the same omnipotent, omniscient, truthful Being He was.
Because popular interpretations of the Bible are taken as articles of faith (which is unwise, but it's the general rule), there is often a lag between the establishment of new knowledge and the emergence (or re-emergence) of an interpretation that is compatible with the data and still leaves the totality of scripture cohesive.
A good contemporary example would be the increasing difficulty of holding to a literal six-day creation in the face of all the astronomical, paleontological, anthropological and biological data collected during the last 100 years. The Universe is certainly 13.7 billion years old, for one simple example, and traces of modern human civilization can be traced back beyond the six-to-ten thousand year old world suggested by Young Earthers. A more compatible interpretation is some variation of Old Earth creationism, a progressive creation that both preserves the sequence of events in Genesis and agrees with the known fossil record astonishingly well. Certain versions of Old Earth creationism can easily accommodate the data, differing only with naturalistic interpretatons of the data, not the data itself.
Old Earth creationism has been around since the writings of the church fathers, and IMHO will become the domminant view, as it becomes more robust and the six 24-hr day interpretation further reduces itself to answering challenges with accusations of apostacy for not believing. This theory will eventually be so unable to engage rational debate that it will be abandonded by all except a few stout souls impervious to reason, and some version of OEC will then dominate. Again, the scriptures will be unchanged.
In Islam, such a discussion simply is not possible. Allah has spoken, period.
As for the accuracy of the Quran in matters of science, geography and recorded history, I have no knowledge, but would love to hear some examples. The current trend for Mullahs and Muslim world leaders to deny the Holocaust, for one example, makes me skeptical regarding Muslim historical objectivity. And much depends on what you mean by "relevant."
Oh, and yes, your question is a veiled drum-beating for Islam in disguise.

Jud a million:4 For there are particular men crept in unawares, who have been earlier of previous ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

I don't believe that the Bible has had to make changes to keep up with science.. You're probably thinking of the book of Mormon, they've redone that many times as problems arise.

no you worship a meteorite you thought it was a sign from god
the reason is that Muslims dint change is because your belief system is faulty that you require a total absence of logic, if you begin to think you would lose your faith in Islam, you must obay and must be live
because of this absence of logic because of this absence rational thinking, where ever there is Islam all scientific and logical thought stops. if you look at how Mohamed created Islam you will see how he c\gathered what he knew from other r religion he was in contact with and created new religion
no new inventions, science or medical doscoveries come from anywhere where there is islam
