i've heard that as you get older you tend to drop weight. cause of stress and other things is it true...or just a myth

Just the opposite. As we get older our metabolism will slow down. Well some theories state that we just become less active. But most people tend to gain weight as they get older.

completely the opposite. The older you get the harder it is for you to lose weight. Stress produces cortisol which causes you to gain weight.

I've always heard that you gain as you get older because your metabolism slows, and I've got the extra weight to prove it!
