Here are instructions for litter box training> http://www.kturby.com/litter/litter.htm
As for not being able to afford the proper food for your puppy...you can't afford to NOT feed her the very best..she will soon be not so cute, and will be sickly if you don't feed her the very best..I used to breed Chihuahuas for many years, and they have such tiny tummies, that every bite that they take needs to be full of good digestible nutrients, and no filler or junk..It will save you vet bills and heartbreak if you will invest in a high quality diet for her..
If she is really a teacup you won't want to breed her, as it is for professionals that can afford C-sections..that is the way teacups are usually, born.is by.C-sections..
She IS fragile..and would certainly die if you sit on her..As she gets used to having your friends over, she will quit barking at them..
she needs to be walked at least 3 times per day, but not where any other dogs have been until she has her vaccinations..

Wow....first off, it's chihuahua. If you don't even know the name of the breed....sheesh, this is gonna be fun.
Go buy yourself a book on basic dog care. Try to get one tailored to chihuahuas (the Dummies line are great reference books, so try to find Chihuahuas for Dummies).
She's short haired, so grooming will be minimal. Until you can get the book, here's a tip for housetraining; take her outside every half hour and encourage her to "go" outside. Say things like "go potty!". If she doesn't do so in an acceptable timeframe, take her back in. If she messes on the floor, firmly say "NO!" and put her back outside immediately. Never LEAVE her outside until she goes because this is detrimental since she doesn't know why she's outside....just that she's there. When she DOES go outside, praise her profusely. Give treats and lots of love.
You're in for rough few months with the puppy. Unless you want her pooping all over the place during the night, you're going to be getting up a lot to let her out. Think of it as training for when you have a child.
And yes, teacups are very fragile, especially as puppies, so be careful.
The cost of vaccinations varies depending on where you live and the vet. But they're not exactly cheap....this is something you should've considered before going into dog ownership blindly. It is now your responsibility to get her vaccinated, no matter the cost.
All dogs bark. A book will tell you this.
She's tiny, so she won't need a whole lot of exercise.
By the way, a "reputable" breeder would not sell a puppy so young. Reputable breeders wait until the puppies are AT LEAST 8 weeks old before separating them from their mothers and littermates....and they usually screen people a bit better.
And please don't breed, leave that to the professionals.

(1) 'ciwawa form a propper breeder'
No you did not. I can tell because
(a) it is spelled "chihuahua".
(b) a reputable breeder would have sent her home with a huge packet of instructions and said call me immediately if you have any problems
(c) a reputable breeder wouldnt have let you out the door with the puppy without making sure you knew what you were doing
(2) you paid $2100 or whatever and the breeder is not a co-owner.
The only puppies who command that much are the products of the top show winning dogs of their breed; and the breeder of such a puppy would INSIST that she be on the registration
You ran onto someone who was not reputable, reliable or anything else. They saw your money and grabbed it.
(3) No reputable breeder would sell someone like you a pet or show puppy without requiring that it be spayed or they would take the dog back. They do NOT sell puppies as potential "breeders" to completely uninformed and ignorant buyers who 'just want to breed them' and don't even know how to take care of them! NEVER EVER EVER
----------
Go get her a crate and an exercise pen. Put a bed in the crate and cover the floor inside the x-pen with newspapers. She won't be able to control her bladder and bowels for months. Housebreaking takes months of real work.
GO TO THE LIBRARY AND GET A BOOK ON RAISING A PUPPY
You MUST vaccinate and worm her.She will be due for shots in abou 4- 6weeks. Figure $100 US per trip. If you are short on money, cancel the cable TV and the internet
(By the way CAN YOU SPELL AT ALL??? "lyke" - LIKE
"wot" WHAT
BREED HER - YOU MSUT BE JOKING!!! YOU DON'T HAVE THE SLIGHTEST IDEA WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!
SHE IS NOT A MACHINE WITH WHICH TO MAKE MONEY
Chihuahuas have all kinds of hereditary health problems that need very expensive xrays and tests to see if they carry the condition.
Chihuahuas have a TERRIBLE timedelivering thier 1-2 puppies and often need an emergency caeserian section - figure $1000-1200 US
The stunted dwarfs like this DIE during routine medical procedures and need a c-section over 75% of the time
ISTRONGLY URGE YOU TO CONTACT THE AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL KENNEL CLUB AND HAVE THEM PUT YOU IN TOUCH WITH THE BREED CLUB FOR CHIHUAHUAS.
THE CLUB CAN FIND SOMEONE IN YOUR AREA TO HELP SORT OUT HOW TO CARE FOR THIS POOR LITTLE THING.
(I assume you are in a Australia from your mention of buying things there.)
Here is one club: http://www.dogs.net.au/chihuahuaclubvictoria/
another http://www.the-british-chihuahua-club.org.uk/Misc/Links.php
CALL THEM - they can get you to someone near you

Wow! I think you should have looked into this before you got the puppy. First thing you should do is take it to a Vet. to start its shots and have it checked for internal parisites. Write down a list of questions to ask the vet so you remember. Starting out with such a fragile breed is risky. (yes if you sit on it you could kill it, as well as dropping such a small animal.)
Most dogs will bark and relieve themselves it sounds like you both need some training. I suggust talking to the vet and reading some books on the matter. Pets are like children and you have the responsibility to care for it no matter the cost or give it to someone that can.

Sounds like you have a lot of work to do. People have thoroughly answered all these questions before. Do a search on them specifically, and some research on the web.
This is the first thing I would do....crate train your puppy.
See this website.http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/cratetraining.htm
I question how reputable your breeder is.....no responsible breeder lets their dog go before 8 weeks, especially to someone with little or no prior experience.
Your breeder should be answering these questions......go ask them. If they're any good, they will help you.

I am too sleepy to answer your questions, but I need to tell you to make sure she eats regularly or you will lose her. You might want to get some nutrical if you have it where you live, Is it Australia? If you can't find it, give her some karo syrup if she gets weak and seems to be havinf a seizure. You don't seem to know much about dogs and chihuahuas are very hard to raise because they are so small and fragile. If you don't do everything right, like I said you will lose her. The following articla may help hou a lot.

If you can't handle basic care the last thing you should be considering is breeding -- leave that to the professionals.

Wow, that was extremely difficult to read.
I would recommend you ask her vet, if she has one, and if not look into getting her one.
Google things you want to know. I don’t know the specifics so I’m not going to go into everything.

Please learn to spell. Then learn some grammar. (Maybe you could ask the person who signed the lease on your apartment to get you started.)
Only then consider letting your dog breed.
