2. Fish can drown, but they do it the opposite way to humans. they drown when they're taken out of water. So for the fish to drown, they would have to have been removed from the tank.

hm... even if fish could drown.... which they can't there still would be 5 fish left in the tank... dead fish would count as fish also...

in both cases - even if they can't drown or they can - there will be 5 fish left...
