The Netherlands, the most liberal nation on Earth, used to. But then the Muslims who had been granted political asylum started murdering people, particularly their politicians and descendants of their famous artists (Pym Fortun and Theo van Gogh).

Ireland. The goverment here are weak on immigration.They bend over backward to be so PC.If your lookig for a soft touch,head to Ireland,everyone else is!
