Man was imprisoned in the slave market of sin. A ransom had to be offered whereby mankind could be freed. Jesus was that ransom. However the ransom was not paid to satan. It was paid to God the Father. God has different attributes in His nature. Two of those attributes are His Love and His Justice. His Love wanted to free mankind. His Justice said that Mankind were all sinners and the penalty for sin is eternal separation from God. Christ paid for the sins of mankind so that the way to God was now open to all who were willing to take that path.

No in second cor. 6 we read the following:
6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in [them]; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you,
6:18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
For God "SO" Loved the world that He [the father] gave [Jesus the second member of the Godhead gave Himself] that whosoever would BE-LIVE in Him would not perish but have everlasting life, and IF you love Him enough to keep His commandments [not suggestions] then you will be in Heaven, satans end acdording to Rev 20:13 is the same as those who refuse the conditions of salvation, eternal death, salvation is a long subject but hay there are free bible lessons www.itiswritten.com also bible questions www.bibleinfo.com EMAIL me also wgr88@yahoo.com God bless

jesus gave his life as an example, not as a ransom payment, and not for everyone elses sins. he was the example of a worthy life, and people were to follow his example in how they lived. it wasa men who gave a different meaning to his life, and made unsubtantiated claims so as to seem important to those who didn't know any better.

if you have read the book of job consider god gave satin authority to use powers of gods court to investigate job but satin lost that bet so then satin owes god now god makes an image that satin has to follow to pay for his wrongs done to job but another way to look at it is in job there are four people who are said to be liers about god now there are also four gospell versions who make claims about jesus aka job aka god are the two stories one in the same expression as said in the book of job?i realize there are maney claims and many versions but anyone being honest with themself they realize that we can only choose to either beleive or not to beleive cuz we only hear the reports and did not witness it with our own eyes but i think the last part of jobs words sumed it all up just cuz we dont realy know least god himself tells us also if you look at the gospell there is a time when jesus prays to god that such cup be removed from him meaning that he would not have to go through with the trial or the crucifiction and if you think about it sin was not removed even though someone was handed over to the courts of those days and someone was killed from what the gospell reports but either way sin still is and without it you would have no judgement abilty its like a hall full of doors each door has two or more paths to gain knoweledge and ecetra now every door closes and there is only one hallway nothing interesting no choices to make just you and an empty hall way now since you dont have a choice ur like a button on my computer i push and it goes where i push it now we are at the edge of a cliff so i ask you would you rather have the choice to do right point made and as far as jesus offering himself from what i have read he knew what was coming but like anyone he did not wanna do it he just knew it was coming or at least he evidently beleived it was coming but what if he did beleive in living and professed a diffrent ending where he stayed alive ?now consider this here is a king who is ruthless but every time he does some wrongfull deed he is glorified like he done some miracle now the whole time this ruthless king is searching for this glorified person and killing his followers now if you follow the acts then youll learn that saul aka paul is like this now what if the gospell was just an example to paul of what would happen if he did not change ?just afew thoughts to consider but ne way the name jesus represents the peoples name not just one person and alot of people have risked their life to save yours and your freedom and alot have handed themself over to save others like you so what do you think?
