Sorry there are no UK HSMP programmes left. They appear to have been cancelled. Perhaps its due to the new Government restrictions. Why not go to another country instead, you may be better off doing that.

It is one of the most difficult visa to get. You have to fill in this questionnaire-like application form, and you have to score certain points. In order to do so, you basically have to prove something like this things below to Home Office:
-You have been working full time, and in the last 12 months your income was in the top 10% of the country you were working in. (so, for example, if you have been working in UK, your income must be at least 26K)
-You at least have a dgree
-You have a pertner who is working full time, and his or her job at least requires a dgree or the same level of qualification
-You have worked many years in your chosen field, that requires a degree
And although it is not the most important thing, but they give you extra points if you are
-Under 28
-Have achieved a very sinior position in your chosen field
Also, if your job falls into a 'shortage occupations' then you get more points. Those are things like teacher, nurse, doctor, or engineer, if I remember it correctly.
It's better checking Home Office and UK visa's website about it. You can check some agency's websites too, and try their free on-line assessments, to see if you qualify for it.

Can you rephrase your question? Probably what you are trying to say is whether you qualify for HSMP (Highly Skilled Migrant programme), to give you an answer you need to specify your level of education, your work experience etc. Email me and I will refer you to someone who might be able to help you.
