water. you never know when soda can be bad for you,it also works for water, but soda has an extremely greater chance of giving you some sickness ( some sodas are caffeinated, too much is bad for the body )

I'm on dialysis and can only consume 24 oz of fluids a day. Fluids include anything that is in liquid form at room temperature. Of I could drink anything, I would want a glass of cold artesian water straight from the spring or water fresh from the well like at my grandma's house when I was a kid. The water was so cold naturally that you didn't need ice cubes( a big waste of liquid)

Soda usually. The carbonation really clears my throat, and the sweetness (sugar n caffeine free of course) satisfies a sweet tooth. Water is good for chugging though.
