Try a translator program. They have them for free on the Internet.

Select all, change font to Times New Roman, and see what happens. Under Win XP, it should convert easily. That would still be Chinese characters, of course; if you're talking about pinyin, that ain't happening, it can't be done without re-typing everything in pinyin.
