Please share your experience. I’m particularly interested for elder people over 65 that used this form? My parents are 74 and 76 years old and it is hopeless for them to learn any language. I noticed that they definitely have short memory loss. I would like for them to become citizens but it is not possible because of the current change in immigration law. The only hope is to have N-648 accepted.

Why do you think it's not possible? Naturalization law has not changed since 1996.

And people like your parents are exactly whom the N-648 was created for. Here are the requirements:
