It could be totally normal, it could be scar tissue, it could be something else. Keep an eye on it. If it changes size or starts to hurt, go back to your piercer and have them take a look at it. Without a picture of what it looks like or a more thorough description, nobody here can for sure say what it is or isn't.
Also, never take an infected piercing's jewelry out - this can cause the infection to be trapped inside, with no way to expel pus & other ickiness. This can be VERY VERY dangerous and cause much more harm than good.
If you have questions, feel free to drop me a line on Yahoo messenger (my username is the same there as on here).

Just get a lip piercing at the aspect. Not each lady goes to love that although, so if you are gonna get it get it intent YOU adore it, now not on the grounds that you desire different persons to. I'd say simply begin with lip, then while that heals should you desire it get your tongue performed. I recognise plenty of directly men with their tongue pierced, and I do not see something improper with it. But of direction, their are gonna be plenty of persons that dislike it and inform you to not get it. In the tip, it simply comes right down to you. Get what you desire to get and do not get whatever on the grounds that its what anybody else desires you to get.

Thats normal.. 3 piercings on my face and my sister has her lip pierced. We both got the bumps around the piercing. its just because your not cleaning it enough....You need to do a sea salt soak twice a day... and in a couple weeks you should see results ...

It sounds Iike you have infection--- would take the piercing out and let the infection heal---
I had me ear pierced and had a similar result and had to do as I suggested and put peroxide on the hole with a swab and you can gargle with peroxide and water half and half

It's perfectly normal. No stress. But If you're feeling pain or it's oozing any sort of liquid or pus, though, its a sign it may be infected and you need to see your piercer or a doctor.

it's normal. as long as you are taking good care of it, then it should be fine. it's probably just because you recently got the piercing.

it is probably just scar tissue building where the piercing is rubbing or perhaps it is a virus, who cares? because now you have a lip piercing and therefore you are cool and unique just like all the other hundreds of wannabes who have them.
